The mission of the Oregon Trawl Commission (OTC) is to enhance the image of the trawl industry and to increase opportunities, industry wide for a sustainable and profitable industry, though promotion, education, research and by initiating, tracking and commenting on legislation and regulations.

The Pacific Fishery Management Council recently issued a Request for Proposals regarding potential changes to Pacific Coast Groundfish essential fish habitat. The announcement (see below) contains links to the relevant materials that should be used as a basis for any proposals. Proposals are due no later than July 31, 2013.
